Ingredients:

Bacardi White : 60ml

Fresh Apple Juice: 30ml

Lemon Juice : 10ml

Rosemary : 2 Sprigs

Method:

Muddle Rosemary in the shaker. Add 6-8 ice cubes and rest of the ingredients.
Shake vigrously and double strain in a chilled martini glass.

Garnish:

Rosemary Sprig

Garden Fresh Cooler

Ingredients:

Zubrowka : 45ml

Midori: 15ml

Fresh Watermelon Juice : 90ml

Fresh Kiwi Puree : 1 Kiwi

Grapefruit Juice : 45ml

Lime Juice : 5ml

Method:

Build up the cocktail with 6-8 cubes of Ice and rest of the ingredients.
Stir slowly, garnish & serve.

Garnish:

Kiwi Slice & Cheery

Miami Punch

Ingredients:

Malibu : 30ml

Strega: 30ml

Blue Curacao : 10ml
Sparkling Water : 45ml
Lime Juice : 5ml

Method:

Build up the cocktail with 6-8 cubes of Ice, Malibu, Blue Curacao,Lime & Sparkling water
Drop in a shot glass with Strega in it.

Garnish:

Strawberry, Cheery & Lime

BEACH SIDE STORY

Ingredients:

Malibu : 30ml

Vanilla Vodka : 30ml

Pineapple Chunks : 4-5
Creme de Banane : 5ml
Pineapple Juice : 60ml

Method:

Muddle Pineapple and shake with 6-8 cubes of Ice and rest of the ingredients.
Pour the mix in the hollow Pineapple except Ice.

Garnish:

Pineapple Wedge

Ingredients:

Vodka : 30ml

Midori : 30ml

Watermelon Chunks : 4-5
Honeydew Melon : 4-5
Cointreau : 5ml
Rock Salt : A Pinch

Method:

Muddle Watermelon with Rock Salt and shake with 6-8 cubes of Ice and rest of the ingredients.
Pour the mix in the hollow Watermelon except Ice.

Garnish:

Watermelon Star

Tangy Cola

TANGY COLA

Ingredients:

Vodka : 60ml

Coca Cola : 150ml

Lime Chunks : 4-5
Coriander : 4-5 Sprigs (Finely chopped)
Ginger : 1/4th Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)
Jaljeera Powder : Sprinkle
Chaat Masala : Sprinkle
Green Chilli Seeds : 8-10 seeds

Method:

Muddle all ingredients together except Vodka and Coke. Add 4 cubes of Ice and Vodka. Top up with Coke.

Garnish:

Lime Slice

Indian Summer

INDIAN SUMMER

Ingredients:

Pepper Vodka : 60ml

Guava Juice : 80ml

Lime Chunks : 4-5
Jalapenos or Green Chilli : Half a Jalapeno/Chilli (Finely chopped)
Chaat Masala : Sprinkle

Method:

Muddle lime and Jalapenos along with Chaat Masala. Add 4-5 cubes of Ice along with Tabasco {If you want it more spicy ;) } and Vodka. Stir well and add chilled guava juice.

Garnish:

Lime Slice and Green Chilli

Ingredients:

Apple Vodka : 60ml

Cointreau : 10ml
Peach Juice : 20ml

Frozen Peach Puree : 4 Teaspoons
Frozen Pear Puree :6 Teaspoons

Method:

Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice

Garnish:

Orange Slice or Apple Fan

Glass:
Margarita or Champagne Saucer
