Fruits of the Forest
Ingredients:
Tawny Port: 60ml
Ketel One Vodka: 30ml
White Wine (Sauvignon B): 50ml
Californian Grapes: 6-8 Nos.
Saffron Water: 5ml
Mace: 2gms

Method:
Muddle grapes and mace. Add 6-8 cubes of ice in the shaker and shake the muddled with port, vodka and saffron water. Strain in a tall glass. Add ice and top up with white wine.

Glass: 
Hi Ball

Garnish:
3 Californian grapes

Sahiba





Sahiba
Ingredients:
Bombay Sapphire Gin : 60ml
Orange Juice: 45ml
Lime Juice: 10ml
Ginger: 5gms
Coriander: 2gms

Method:
Lightly muddle coriander and ginger to extract enough flavour. Fill the shaker with ice and add lime, orange and gin.Shake vigorously and double strain.

Glass: 
Martini

Garnish:
Lime wheel or Coriander Sprig

Her Crown




Her Crown
Ingredients:
Vodka : 45ml
Cointreau: 15ml
Rose Water: 15ml
Ice Mould:
Hibiscus Tea : 45ml
Rose Tea: 30ml

Method:
Put the mould in a chilled martini glass. Shake rest of the ingredients with 8 cubes of ice and double strain in the glass.

Glass: 
Martini

Note:
The stunning cocktail gets better with time as the mould melts and disintegrates flavours in the drink(Unlike other cocktails which dilute it).

Lord's Own
Ingredients:
Vodka : 60ml
Gin: 15ml
Fresh watermelon: 8-10 large dices
Fresh Cucumber : 6-8 large dices
Mint Sprigs: 6-8 Nos.
Fresh Watermelon Juice: 90ml


Method:
Blend all ingredients together with little crushed ice and 
strain into a glass with 6-8 cubes of ice.

Garnish:
Mint Sprig/Watermelon Chunk

Glass: 
Highball

Ingredients:
Vodka : 45ml
Sour Apple Pucker: 15ml
Chilled Chamomile Tea : 90ml


Method:
Shake all ingredients with 6-8 cubes of ice and 
double strain in a chilled martini glass

Lemon Rind
