Layer the ingredients and sprinkle chocolate powder on top

Method:
Pour Peach schnapps in a shot glass and then carefully float Bailey's on top.

Sparkling Wine : 100ml
Method:
Lightly muddle orange and mint and add lime and sugar to it.
Add crushed ice and top it up with sparkling wine.

Tequila Silver : 30ml
Peppermint Liqueur : 15ml
Method:
Shake all the ingredients together along with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass laced with absintheGarnish:

| Grilled Pineapple & Cracked Pepper Martini |
Ingredients:
Pineapple Chunks : 8Nos.
Freshly Grounded Pepper : To Sprinkle
Premium Vodka : 60ml
Pineapple Juice : 20ml
Method:
Muddle the roasted chunks of pineapple along with pepper.
Now add all other ingredients and shake it with 6-7 cubes of ice until absolutely chilled
Strain into a chilled martini glass and sprinkle some pepper on top.Garnish:
