Hallelujah Shake

HALLELUJAH SHAKE

Ingredients:

Dark Rum : 60ml

Kahlua : 30ml

Chocolate Liqueur : 30ml
Coffee Ice Cream : 2 Scoops
Oreo Cookies : 5 Nos.

Method:

Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice and put a crushed Oreo on top

Garnish:

Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients:

Gold Rum : 40ml

Bacardi Orange : 20ml
Peach Schnapps : 15ml

Orange Juice : 40ml

Method:

Shake all the ingredients with 6-8 cubes of ice and pour in a chilled martini glass

Garnish:

Orange Twist

Ingredients:

Blue Curacao : 10ml

Absolut Mandarin : 60ml

Blavod : 20ml

Method:

Shake Absolut and Blue Curacao with 6-8 cubes of ice and pour in a chilled martini glass. Pour Blavod over the back of bar spoon to the glass to form layer.

Garnish:

None

Galliano : 20ml

Black Sambuca : 20ml

Method:

Layer the ingredients by pouring on back of the bar spoon

MYSTIC ROAD

Ingredients:

Lemon Vodka : 60ml

Sweet Lime Juice :60ml

Creme de menthe : 5ml

Elderflower : 5ml

Method:

Shake Vodka, Sweet lime juice & Elderflower syrup together with 6-7 ice cube and strain in a chilled martini glass with Creme de Menthe resting at the bottom.

Garnish:

Lemon Wheel

Ingredients:

Vodka : 60ml

Basil leaves : 3-4

Fresh Strawberries : 3-4 Nos.

Lime Juice : 10ml

Sugar Syrup : 10ml

Method:

Muddle strawberries with basil leaves. Add 6-7 ice cubes, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shake well until absolutely chilled and strain in a chilled martini glass.

After Shock - 30ml

Whipped Cream - To Top

Method:

Layer the ingredients and sprinkle chocolate powder on top

Ingredients:

Bailey's : 30ml

Peach Schnapps : 30ml

Grenadine : 2-3 drops

Method:

Pour Peach schnapps in a shot glass and then carefully float Bailey's on top.

Add few drops of grenadine.

Chill Pill

Ingredients:

Orange Slices : 4-5Nos.

Mint Sprigs : 4-5Nos.

Lime Juice : 15ml

Sugar Syrup : 15ml

Sparkling Wine : 100ml

Method:

Lightly muddle orange and mint and add lime and sugar to it.

Add crushed ice and top it up with sparkling wine.

Ingredients:

Absinthe : 60ml

Tequila Silver : 30ml

Peppermint Liqueur : 15ml

Method:

Shake all the ingredients together along with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass laced with absinthe

Garnish:

Absinthe sugar rim

Grilled Pineapple & Cracked Pepper Martini

Ingredients:

Pineapple Chunks : 8Nos.

Freshly Grounded Pepper : To Sprinkle

Premium Vodka : 60ml

Pineapple Juice : 20ml

Method:

Muddle the roasted chunks of pineapple along with pepper.

Now add all other ingredients and shake it with 6-7 cubes of ice until absolutely chilled

Strain into a chilled martini glass and sprinkle some pepper on top.

Garnish:

Pineapple Wedge & Grounded Pepper
